Dyson AM09 Hot + Cool Fan Heater Black Tested and Works No Remote No Base Read. The heater / fan is used, tested and works (fan is missing the remote and base, has scratches and some wear, see pictures for wear), and it is sold as is. When I tested the unit, it blows hot air on high and low and cold air on low. I adjusted it down to 01 and it will blow cold air on low, and when I looked on the internet, you would need the remote to adjust the coolness from low to high and the base and remote to make it oscillate.
